67th Ave Restrictions
Starting Monday, January 20th, 67th Avenue will be restricted to one lane in each direction, between Avenida Del Sol, south to Patrick Lane, near Mountain Ridge High School. Crews will be working to install water and utility lines in this half-mile stretch of roadway. The project is scheduled to end Tuesday, January 28. (link)
Loop 101 Lane Restrictions
The right lane will be closed on Loop 101 in areas between 51st and 75th avenues, through Friday, Jan. 17.
The westbound Loop 101 frontage road (Beardsley Road) between 33rd and 51st avenues and the eastbound frontage road between 33rd Avenue and I-17 will be narrowed to one lane nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., through Friday morning, Feb. 7.(link)
Three new business coming to The Citadelle
YAM Properties recently announced the expansion of its Glendale shopping complex Citadelle Center, located at 19420 N 59th Ave, at the corner of 59th Ave & Utopia Road.
Three new wellness and retail tenants arrived or will soon: The Foundry Yoga, Rejuvenate Mind Body and Bella Lily Bridal. (link)

Car Auction season is here
If you’re into cars, next week is your jam!! The best car show I’ve ever been to, was the Barrett Jackson auction in Scottsdale. It is much more of an experience now, and it begins tonight with the Rock The Block concert featuring Sammy Haggar. Events are everyday through January 26th at WestWorld in Scottsdale. (link)
Arizona Car Week is happening Janaury 18th-25th and RM Sotheby’s is hosting an auction on January 23rd & 24th.

Why did you move to Arizona?Phoenix is one of the most transient communities in the US, and people move here for all kinds of reasons. I moved to AZ because I thought I wanted to be in the golf business, and I would be here for just one winter. 26 years later, here I am 😆 |
